Founder's profile
U Ar Kar Kyaw
U Ar Kar Kyaw received B.E (Civil) degree in 2008 and
continued his Master of Engineering degree. He got M.E
(Civil) degree in 2012. During his M.E Thesis in 2011, he met
with Dr. U Toe Toe Win, Associate Professor of Y.T.U. and
studied Structure Design at T&A Design Office. Then worked
as a Design Engineer at T&A Structural Design Co., Ltd. He
later became the Design Manager at the design office and
led for more than a decade. During his tenure as Design
Manager, he collaborated with Dr Toe Toe Win on major
projects in Myanmar, and upgraded the T&A Design Office to
nurture designers.
He has a lot of experience in Structure Design
Calculations, calculating all types of buildings, including highrise buildings. In collaboration with design companies from
foregin countries, he have been consulting on the design of
high-rise projects in Myanmar. Currently, he is still working
on Structure Design calculation field.

We would like to introduce AK Structural Engineering. It’s not long since we
started naming our team called AK Structural Engineering. Our AK Structural
Engineering team focuses on structural design services. AK Structural
Engineering provides structural design services in;
(1) Religious Buildings
(2) Residential
(3) Commercial
(4) Industrial Buildings most of them are working in the fields.
Structure design calculates both superstructure and substructure, and R.C structure or steel structure can be customized to suit the client.
In terms of foundation design, not only Shallow Foundation but also Deep Foundation such as Press pile, Bore pile, etc. are calculated based on the soil test result.
In addition to the new projects, we also provide Renovation Design. Structural design is calculated not only for normal low rise buildings but also for high rise buildings.
Designers are also experienced and skilled. As they are accredited by the Myanmar Engineering Council (MEC), they can also provide signature services on calculated designs.
The design calculation is based on the specified code (M.N.B.C). We use modern design software to follow the rules and regulations.
